The logs make it clear Ozzie was banned from the server before the later DMs.\r\n\r\nMiddle right: a longer DM from Ozzie in October 2025, appearing above Soul\u2019s reply. The date line at the top says October 15, 2025. Ozzie writes that it has been a long time, acknowledges there was \u201cpetty drama\u201d between them, and says he wants to apologise for any part he played in it. At the very top of this block is a bright Facebook meme from Joel Walker in the \u201cDayZ Console Community\u201d group. Soul\u2019s red caption across this section reads \u201cCalls me pedophile for not working with him.\u201d In the main visible part of the conversation Soul writes that UntoldTruthy kept pushing the topic and then \u201cran back to him,\u201d and that on the day a clone of DayZ Multi Tool launched, UntoldTruthy launched a bot that requires the bot owned by the guy who stole Soul\u2019s code. Soul says \u201cYou lied and denied I even helped you for fucks sake.\u201d UntoldTruthy replies that he has no association with Skynet and claims that while he made the Alt Detector bot, Skynet was only an optional feature and he did his own alt detection; he insists he never \u201cran back\u201d to the rival. Soul responds that all of them are toxic and \u201cgrouping up to do his bidding\u201d and calls out UntoldTruthy and Josie specifically for siding with \u201ca pedophile thief\u201d despite knowing the truth. UntoldTruthy concedes that Soul sent him a lot of material and says \u201cyes, I\u2019m not gonna deny that, but I never looked at any of it.\u201d Soul then posts a screenshot of an alt account and asks, \u201cso that\u2019s not you?\u201d\r\n\r\nAt the very bottom of that conversation, next to UntoldTruthy\u2019s profile card (showing his name, tag, and \u201cMember since Mar 3, 2018\u201d), there is another message where he says he is not siding with anyone, that DayZ BoosterZ was a mutual party and they did not want to be involved, and that he only skimmed what Soul sent, never fully watching the videos or opening all the pictures. Under this, in big red letters, Soul\u2019s annotation says \u201cUSER ID: 419142702937014272\u201d and \u201cConfirms ban evasion on another alt.\u201d\r\n\r\nBottom right: a separate Discord message from Ozzie dated \u201cSeptember 1, 2024\u201d is highlighted with the red caption \u201cExposes the theft of my code from a former staff member of a separate project.\u201d In that message Ozzie tells Soul that, based on all the material Soul shared about Kami, he believes Soul, because Kami gave him access to a private GitHub repository and \u201ca lot of it is DZMT stuff.\u201d He admits he has not reviewed it all but confirms it is there, implying he has seen Soul\u2019s code inside the other project.\r\n\r\nFar right bottom: a Trustpilot review screenshot by \u201cAnthony Buchanan,\u201d captioned in red \u201cLeft false review in retaliation.\u201d The review title begins \u201cI have had a highly disappointing\u2026\u201d and the body claims the owner of the killfeed service constantly starts drama, seems jealous of other DayZ communities and businesses, mishandles unencrypted information through his bot in a way that raises privacy and security concerns, and deflects blame instead of addressing issues. How Discord has handled it so far\r\n\tDespite repeatedly reporting this using your in-app flow and the Help Center:\r\n\t\t- You applied a harassment/bullying strike to my account until 2027 for a single defensive \"notice to cease\" message sent to a block-evading harasser.\r\n\t\t- The people who told me to kill myself and used my kids' images have remained active and, as far as I can see, unenforced.\r\n\t\t- When I opened ticket 61465755 and explicitly asked how you expect to promote \"Family Center\" when I cannot even get a human to read my record, the ticket sat for more than a month with no meaningful response. \r\n\tIn ticket 61942766 (follow-up to 61691061) I reached the point of saying that after years of being told to kill myself I may as well \"just do what these people have been telling me to do and just kill myself\" and that I would record a video naming Discord, Meta, Trustpilot and Reddit for their failures. That was in the first paragraph of the ticket. \r\n\r\n\tYour system shows:\r\n\t\t- Status: Solved\r\n\t\t- Closed within about three minutes\r\n\t\t- No reply, no welfare check, no engagement with the underlying harassment at all. \r\n\r\n\tThat is not \"support.\" That is closing a self-harm ticket without reading it.\r\n\tA few days ago I was so desperate for an actual human response that I resorted to spamming you on Twitter/X with screenshots from these tickets. The reply I finally got there repeated the same line that you \"can't\" use screenshots, off-platform evidence or attachments, even though:\r\n\t\t- You have already done exactly that in earlier 2022 tickets about Links/Mason, where staff thanked me for the evidence and encouraged me to keep sending IDs and message links.\r\n\t\t- Those same people now appear in my current tickets as part of the coordinated harassment.\r\n\tThe net effect is that I am doing everything you asked me to do and still being treated as the problem.\r\n\r\n4. Why refusing screenshots / off-platform evidence is not credible\r\n\tYour current canned line is that you are \"unable to use screenshots, bot logs, off-platform information, or attachments to verify content.\"\r\n\tThat is directly contradicted by:\r\n\t1. Your past conduct - older tickets show your staff did rely on attachments and screenshots, and explicitly told me to keep sending them so you could investigate.\r\n\t2. Your recent messages claiming you are \u201cunable to use screenshots, bot logs, off-platform information, or attachments to verify content\u201d directly contradict your own records, your own prior handling of my tickets, and your own data-export README.\r\n\r\nYour platform has repeatedly enabled a coordinated group of competitors who have used Discord as the starting point of a harassment campaign spanning four years, across Discord, Facebook, Reddit, Trustpilot, and multiple impersonation websites. Discord has had this knowledge for years.\r\n\r\nYour contradictions are now documented as follows:\r\n- In my exported Support Tickets JSON, tickets 30339510 and 30414871 are labelled \u201cSCRUBBED\u201d with subject \u201cdeleted,\u201d but the preserved contents show they were about the same harassers: Links (Mason), Kamikaze (Mathew Trojanowski), Crix (Edward Griggs Jr), and their alt accounts. Discord acknowledged the evidence at the time, thanked me for providing message IDs and screenshots, and told me to keep supplying them. Those tickets are now hidden from my visible history, while the same group continues and I am the one being penalised.\r\n- Discord previously accepted screenshots and attachments from me to take action against that group, as shown in the 2023\u20132024 tickets included in my export. You did act on those past submissions. You cannot now claim those categories of evidence are unusable.\r\n- Your own README.txt included with my data export explicitly states that manually deleted messages will not appear in my export and will not be available to me. This proves the in-app-only requirement is structurally incapable of protecting victims when harassers delete messages. You require victims to show messages you already admit you cannot and will not retain.\r\n- The same actors listed in the 2022 and 2023 tickets reappear in ticket 61451749 (\u201cI reported the harasser; enforcement was applied to me instead\u201d) and again in my 2025 ticket chain. You have had a continuous, consistent record of this group for years.\r\n- You now repeatedly close tickets with template text, even when the initiating message was reported in-app exactly as you instruct. Your replies ignore the block-evasion evidence, the re-contact from new accounts, the suicide-baiting, the sharing of my children\u2019s images, and the false sexual accusations. You instead apply enforcement to the victim every time.\r\n- The \u201cwe cannot use attachments or screenshots\u201d claim is contradicted by your own internal history, your own instructions, your own past actions, and your own removal actions from 2022\u20132024. You cannot rewrite your procedure retroactively to blame victims for your moderation failures.\r\n\r\nI now require Discord to escalate this to a human who can actually review the case.\r\n\r\nYou must acknowledge:\r\nA. That tickets 30339510 and 30414871 were tied to this exact same group of harassers and explain why those earlier tickets were scrubbed from my visible history despite belonging to the same chain of abuse.\r\nB. That Trust & Safety is permitted to use screenshots and attachments when your own logs are incomplete due to message deletion. You have done so before. Your past actions confirm this.\r\nC. That my 2025 enforcement was incorrectly applied. The initiating message was reported in-app. The harasser evaded a previous block, re-contacted from a new account, and I responded with a lawful notice to cease. That is not harassment.\r\nD. That the strike placed on my account until 2027 must be reversed, because Discord already held the Facebook evidence of the false pedophile accusations for four days before punishing the victim instead of the initiator.\r\nE. That your repeated refusal to even acknowledge the off-platform spread, despite knowing it was the same individuals, directly contradicts the Basic Online Safety Expectations which require you to take reasonable steps to minimise adult cyber abuse.\r\n\r\nYou now have direct legal exposure under multiple Australian regulatory schemes.\r\n\r\nBOSE failure exposure:\r\nDiscord must take reasonable steps to minimise cyberbullying of children, adult cyber abuse, and non-consensual intimate image abuse. Discord must provide clear, effective complaint-handling pathways. Discord must respond fully, honestly and accurately to BOSE notices. A failure to comply carries penalties up to 500 penalty units for an individual and up to 2,500 penalty units for a body corporate. At the current penalty unit value of 330 dollars, that is up to 825,000 dollars per BOSE contravention.\r\n\r\nAdult Cyber Abuse Scheme exposure:\r\nDiscord must act when notified of content intended to cause serious harm to an Australian adult. Failure to comply with a removal notice (Discord or end-user) is up to 500 penalty units per contravention (165,000 dollars) or up to 825,000 dollars for a body corporate.\r\n\r\nCyberbullying (children) scheme exposure:\r\nFailure to remove cyberbullying material relating to Australian children within required timeframes is also up to 825,000 dollars per contravention for a body corporate.\r\n\r\nImage-Based Abuse (IBA) scheme exposure:\r\nNon-consensual intimate images (including deepfakes or threats) involving Discord\u2019s hosting or failure to remove can attract up to 500 penalty units per contravention for individuals (165,000 dollars) and 825,000 dollars per contravention for Discord as a provider.\r\n\r\nDiscord is now repeatedly:\r\n\u2013 Applying enforcement to the victim\r\n\u2013 Ignoring prior knowledge of the harassment group\r\n\u2013 Refusing to review DM threads, block-evasion logs, and linked accounts\r\n\u2013 Requiring \u201cin-app messages\u201d they know will be missing because deleted messages are not retained\r\n\u2013 Contradicting their own historical acceptance of attachments and screenshots\r\n\u2013 Closing harassment reports with template text regardless of evidence\r\n\r\nThis is why your process is failing, and why this case is now being prepared for escalation to the ACCC, the eSafety Commissioner under BOSE, Adult Cyber Abuse, Cyberbullying, and IBA frameworks, and (if necessary) civil proceedings.\r\n\r\nA human must now:\r\n- Confirm the historical ticket linkage and explain the scrubbing of the early tickets.\r\n- Confirm Trust & Safety can consider attachments and archived materials when your own logs are incomplete.\r\n- Conduct a human review of the full DM thread history, block-evasion logs, and account linkages.\r\n- Reverse the strike and remove the 2027 flag entirely.\r\n- Apply enforcement to the initiating harassers.\r\n- Annotate my account for long-running targeted harassment to prevent reporter-retaliation.\r\n- Stop closing tickets with process-dodging templates.
