Of the participants, two were customers, but after repeated rude, disrespectful, and outright illegal behaviour, their access was revoked. Since then, they've escalated into public smearing - one even publicly called me a pedophile in a Discord and on review platforms, a baseless and criminally defamatory statement.\n\nAfter weeks of abuse, I snapped and swore in frustration - something I fully acknowledge (I occassionally get flustered and forget words and the more I'm spammed the more frustrating it gets trying to get the right words out, it's tied to my anxiety and I genuinely do not mean it) - but these individuals are now mass-reporting my account with no legitimate basis, attempting to weaponize Discord's reporting system to silence me.\n\nI've already submitted formal legal complaints to both Facebook and Trustpilot. These are supported by documentation including screenshots, Discord logs, and an active police case in the UK. They evade blocks to restart contact, then report my defensive replies.\n\nYesterday, a member of that group contacted me from a new account after a prior block. I told him he is on notice and referenced pending litigation relating to conduct across multiple platforms. That notice was not harassment; it was a defensive response to persistent abuse and block evasion.\n\nRelevant facts\n\nRepeated suicide-baiting and slurs directed at me\nPrior use of images of my underage children to harass me\nDocumented block evasion to re-initiate contact before this report\nI was the reporting party. I reported his message through the in-app flow. After my report, enforcement was applied to me based on my reply in that same thread. Please review the conversation context, confirm the block evasion and prior history, and apply enforcement to the correct account.
